Announcement of Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) Scholarship for 2011 The Government of Japan offers scholarships for Postgraduate/Research Students, Undergraduate Students and Professional Training College Students for Academic Year 2011 under the Monbukagakusho scholarship program as follows:
